I’m now at the stage in my training where I need to do more independent trips and mini expeditions to qualify for an Antarctic solo expedition. Having my own kit will be key to making these solo training trips possible. As I’ll be in the harshest conditions, I’m going to need specialised kit made to withstand polar conditions.
